Wimbledon Tennis Club
We were commissioned to screed the patio area at the prestigious Wimbledon Members Club. This exclusive entertainment patio, utilized during the Wimbledon tennis weeks, was expertly crafted with precise falls to ensure optimal drainage.
Highgate East Private Hospital
At the start of 2024, Premier Screeding was entrusted with a significant project at Highgate East Private Hospital, a state-of-the-art private healthcare facility.
Our team successfully installed over 9000m2 of sand and cement screed with specialized additives, seamlessly integrating with the underfloor heating system.
Primark / Go Karting Track
Recently completed an 18,000m2 endeavor at the former House of Fraser location in High Wycombe, soon to undergo a thrilling transformation into a go-karting arena and a fresh Primark outlet.
For the go-kart track, we utilized Ardex R3E resin bonding with dry kiln sand as a bonding agent, followed by CEM Floor Level Plus and capped off with a 7mm Webber topping. Meanwhile, the Primark section was treated with flowing screed for optimal results.
